How long will it take to make my items before shipping?

Most orders typically ship within 5–10 business days. However, please note that some items are handmade by Tomaika, the owner of Jack n Al Embroidery, and may require a bit more time to complete before shipping.

We appreciate your patience and support for our handcrafted creations!

Shipping & Insurance Policy

All orders are insured for your protection. Once an order has been shipped and tracking information is provided, we are no longer responsible for the package.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. We are not liable for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

In the rare event that your package is lost or missing in transit, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier. We will do our best to assist you in the process where possible.
